I installed the game according to the manual but it doesnt launch when i doubleclick. FYI i have windows 10, could this be he problem? The version of the game is 15.3

Did you install it in "my pc"? If yes, it would crash.
When you try to run the game exe, it shows an error or simple nothing?

just nothing happens
Although i had to take the rpg maker folder out of the chronicles folder or the setup wouldnt work

The folders of pokemon chronicles and rpg maker xp must be separated and not in the same folder.
Try to put in your user's folder or my documents folder and run it with system compatibility.

Send me your save game to the game's email, so I can see / fix that problem, because i don't know what's wrong for now. So, i must check your save game to see the problem myself.

Problem solved...
seems if I skip the beginning instruction screens with button "Z" the error message would pop up...I can play normally now.
