Why this game requires RPG Maker XP?

All other games based on Pokemon Essentials run out of the box without any installation and without RPG Maker XP installed. Why does this game require it?

When i played other player games, they required rpg maker xp too. You can try to play my game without instaling rpg maker xp but i think its a requirement of the system. By the way rpg maker xp consumes a few space in hard drive.
